Basic Un-Vinaigrette


  • ¼ c lemon juice
  • ¼ c water
  • ½ T Dijon mustard
  • ¼ tsp dried basil
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • ¼ c olive oil

Whisk the first 5 ingredients together (or put in a jar and shake.)  Add the olive oil and whisk (or shake) vigorously.
