Creamy Caraway Dressing
- 2 Tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp caraway seeds
- ¾ c plain kefir
- ½ tsp mustard powder
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- Pinch of salt (optional)
Toast the seeds in a hot dry saute pan for 1-2 minutes. Swirl the seeds gently so they don’t burn. Place the seeds in a blender with the remaining ingredients and blend briefly until smooth. Add water to thin if needed.
