We will meet at a local health food store, and during our shopping tour, we’ll devote time to understanding what’s on the label and what to look for when deciding what to buy. Learning to read and understand what’s listed and to read between the lines.
Fridge and Pantry Make-Over $50
I know it’s a bit scary to have someone looking through your kitchen, but Don’t Worry—this is a judgement-free zone! It’s much easier to cook and eat well when you have healthy ingredients in your kitchen. Let’s go through your cupboards and fridge and eliminate the junk food and replace it with tasty, good-for-you foods! We’ll look at labels and decide what to keep and what to get rid of, and why.
