Annie Holmes, CMT Annie received her massage training at the Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado in 1999. She has over 20 years experience with extensive training in sports massage including golf/tennis elbow and stretching. She also specializes in Swedish, deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy, and myofascial release. Her treatments allow the body to reduce stress, relax, relieve pain, and increase range of motion. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time with friends and family.

Anitra Rieck, CMT Anitra Rieck studied massage therapy at the Crestone Healing Arts Center in Crestone, CO, where she gained the essential tools needed to alleviate a vast amount of issues. Since then, she has spent 16 years in the massage field, with a particular specialty for hip and glute work.

These years in the industry have allowed Anitra to perfect her abilities to alleviate bodily pain and discomfort, relieve muscle tension, restore range of motion, and provide relaxation. Her treatments include raindrop therapy (including nine essential oils) as well as deep tissue, sports, shiatsu, and prenatal massages.

Having lived in this city since she was five years old, Anitra has seen Denver grow exponentially in conjunction with her massage career. In addition to her career in massage therapy, she also enjoys attending concerts and dining at Denver's finest vegan restaurants.

Allison Young, LMT Allison studied at the Denver School of Massage Therapy and has worked locally with chiropractors and in spa settings. Allison is passionate about the benefits of massage therapy, anatomy and physiology. She loves giving the body the opportunity to heal itself and promoting that healing through massage. Her favorite modalities are trigger point and deep tissue. She has a calming touch and believes in the benefits of allowing the body to de-stress during a massage. In her free time Allison enjoys spending time with her 2 year old daughter and husband. She enjoys yoga, biking and all sorts of artistic activities like tie dye, photography and painting.

Ashley received her training and graduated from Colorado School of the Healing Arts. Her goal is to tailor each massage session to her client’s needs and requests, personalizing the experience for every individual. Her approach to body work is integrating Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Myofascial release style massage while also combining Neuromuscular, Sports Massage, and stretching to promote pain and tension relief followed by deep relaxation. Additionally, she is skilled in prenatal, hot stone, and aroma therapy massage.
