Two years ago I had forgotten what it was like to feel good.  After meeting Stephanie at a health brown bag session I knew I had nothing to lose by trying a new approach to resolve my IBS symptoms.  Today, I have forgotten how bad I once felt and could not be more thankful to Stephanie and the staff at Whole Health; Stephanie continues to play a vital role in my health care.

The acupuncture treatments I’ve received at Whole Health Centers have been amazing.  Both the intensity and duration of my migraine headaches have decreased.  This means less prescription medication and most importantly less pain. Stephanie's level of attention and care have truly improved my life.

Having suffered from moderate to severe depression for the past ten years, I have tried in excess of a dozen different antidepressants, have lived with the side effects of the medication, with no lasting relief. Reluctantly, I decided to try acupuncture and was surprised at the results. I've been medication free for over six months and haven't felt this good in years.

I have dealt with allergies most of my life: cats, dogs, trees, grass, pollen, mold, and so on and so on. I have Kaiser as my health provider and for twelve years I had to take allergy shots; two shots on each arm 1-3 times a month, plus allergy pills in the morning and at night. Twice a month I had to do a breathing test that consisted of blowing into a tube hooked to a monitor that showed twenty lit candles. As you blow into the tube the candles go out, just like blowing out birthday cake candles. I was never even close to blowing out all of the candles. Four years ago, I came to Stephanie to help me with my allergies. After 10-12 visits my allergies were gone. I have not had an allergy shot or pill in four years. Three weeks ago I had an allergy follow up visit at Kaiser and to everyone's surprise, including mine, I was able to blow all of the candles on the monitor out! Not just once but every time I tried (four times). I truly am a very happy patient of Stephanie and of Whole Health. They have helped me with so much more than just allergies. I keep telling Stephanie that she saved my life and I will forever be grateful. 
 

Thank you so much! With the acupuncture and chiro adjustment from last week, I was able to run and complete the marathon in Anchorage, AK over the weekend!!! And, I got to run with my son, it was awesome! Thanks again, you do great work!

 

Stephanie has drastically improved my quality of life. Between the knowledge and expertise, my gastrointestinal tract, migraines and fibromyalgia have never been better. She has taught me what it is like to enjoy a day pain free. The entire staff is beyond compassionate and personable. Truly can't thank this staff enough for their continued care. I would highly recommend using the various services they offer if you have issues with everyday stresses and pains that I did. Since using Stephanie, I have come a long way in daily quality of life and comfort.

 

Stephanie is amazing! I started seeing Stephanie over a year ago and I was at my absolute worst. I have multiple autoimmune issues that I've struggled with for over 20 years with absolutely no relief. Western medicine had not been kind to me or my body and I needed serious help. She was so compassionate, caring, kind and always willing to try to find a better way, and very smart! She never gave up which inspired me to do the same. It's been a long road with some ups and downs but we stayed the course and now I am in a fully different space. From cupping to needles to the laser to supplements, I can now say that I have never felt better!
